Our construction team meets regularly with materials vendors looking for improvements in the common veterinary finishes as well as new materials.


Our Process

TWC Sholar approaches each project in a similar manner in that we like to be involved as early as possible. Our Preliminary Planning Service is extremely comprehensive and is designed to plan out each detail of the project before the first permitting step is taken. These details are rolled into a financing package that is designed to help prospective lenders understand the scope of the project as well as how the business will cashflow. We take the time to assist in finding financing companies through some of our existing relationships or through lender relationships you may have.

Next we move into the design development phase of the process. This allows us to determine the details of the new veterinary clinic or hospital. After the majority of these details are nailed down we are able to go into a full blown cost estimate. At this point we will revisit the best lender option with our final proposal and ask for a firm commitment from them.

The last phase of the process is really two parts. The first is obtaining the necessary Municipal approvals to begin your project. The second is finally starting the actual construction.
