KELLY TERWISSCHA
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Kelly TerWisscha has been with the company full-time since June of 1985. As Chief Executive Officer, Kelly is currently responsible for day-to-day business operations, overseeing areas of project management and control, and other duties such as administration and accounting, sales and marketing.

As Chairman of the Board, Kelly's role is crucial to the success of the firm. He provides top management with advice and direction in the areas of operational issues, long range planning and performance evaluations of the company.

RON O. SHOLAR
President/Principal Architect

Ron Sholar has over 30 years in the field of architecture and has been working in the design/build environment for more than 20 years as an architect/general contractor. His role is to bring the best architects to a project and coordinate with the construction arm to fulfill the client's dreams.

Ron's process of creating smooth transitions throughout an entire project has been refined over the years, resulting in many pleased clients with wonderful projects in veterinary medicine and other industries. As the focal point for Sholar Architecture, Ron finds the veterinary industry particularly compelling because the passion veterinarians have for life and animals parallels his own.

KEITH NELSON
Vice President

Keith Nelson joined the TWC team in 1977 as a concrete laborer. Through the years Keith gained experience and construction knowledge as he held every position in the company from field laborer all the way up to his current position of Chief Operations Officer.

This knowledge and experience has proven valuable as he meets with clients and helps them develop the optimal use of land and building for their project budget.

JOSEPH E. WICENTOWICH
Vice President Architecture

Joe Wicentowich has brought a broad realm of experience to Sholar Architecture as he is originally from Edmonton, Alberta, and has completed projects all over North America. He has participated as Architect and/or Project Manager for many diverse projects from residential to commercial to historical. Joe strives to uniquely tailor each project as to what the Owner wants and how to get it accomplished in the budget and schedule.

The veterinary focus has made him one of the foremost leaders in the industry in a short period of time by his instinctive insight. Joe uses this insight to find the best solution to the issues the client has quickly and correctly.

ERIC DOERING
Development Consultant

Eric Doering brings a unique perspective for our clients as TWC was once a client of his. The experience and knowledge gained from his previous industry as an office interior design consultant makes him a natural fit for our customers.

Eric has the ability to adapt to the changing needs of each individual project. In the event of a project challenge, Eric finds solutions that fit with the customer's vision of completion. Eric's strong points include listening to what the customer wants, being able to translate those wants into reality and his ability to follow through.

JEREMY RUMPH
Design Team Leader

Jeremy Rumph has been involved in various phases of architecture since joining the Sholar team. He is extremely skilled with computer-aided design as he taught courses in AutoCad Architectural desktop 3.3 and has extensive experience with computer models and renderings.

Jeremy has brought a wealth of experience with drafting for construction documents and a fresh enthusiasm for creative design. His versatility and vision combine to present our clients with a magnificent look at the future of their building, resulting in a complete and wonderful end product.
